Faculty & Staff: Request Help Online
CoE Faculty & Staff are encouraged to use the TUHelp Online Request Form to receive priority assistance with issues related to office computers, access to Temple services and/or accounts, or other administrative technology needs.
Who Should You Call?
The Temple University Help Desk provides university-wide support for office computers and technology issues. The HELP desk should be considered your primary, central contact for assistance. How to contact the Help Desk:
- Priority online request (faculty & staff only): TUHelp Online Request Form
- Phone: (215) 204-8000
- Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
While the Help Desk should be the primary contact for office support issues, the Director of IT's office assists in resolving small issues quickly and efficiently. Thus, we apply the 5-minute rule: if our staff can resolve the issue in 5 minutes or less, we will. If however, the issue is more complex, requires follow-up, or is related to network systems not under our domain, we will refer the user to the Help Desk to submit a formal request.
For more detailed information about who to contact to get the help you need, see Office Technology Support Services.
