Goals:
Guide students through field placements, internships, and experiential learning opportunities that connect academic learning to professional practice.
Equip students with the skills, resources, and confidence needed to achieve their career goals through coaching, professional development, and career readiness programming.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with employers, schools, community organizations, and alumni to expand opportunities for student engagement and employment.
Promote equitable access to career development services and experiential learning opportunities for all CEHD students.
Support students' transition from college to career by providing resources and guidance for employment, graduate education, and professional advancement.
