The Professional Advancement Through Hands-on Learning (PATH) Office in the College of Education and Human Development supports students in developing the knowledge, skills, experiences, and professional connections needed to pursue their career goals. The office provides comprehensive career development and experiential learning support, including individualized career coaching, professional development programming, employer and community engagement, internship and experiential learning opportunities, career fairs, and other initiatives designed to connect students’ academic experiences with their professional aspirations.

The PATH Office works collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, employers, and community partners to create meaningful opportunities for students to explore career pathways, develop career readiness competencies, gain hands-on experience, and build professional networks.
