Between July 1st, 2025 and June 30th, 2026, CREATE programs and initiatives engaged youth and adult participants across the region. Utilizing a range of strategies that draw upon the assets of Philadelphia’s youth and communities, CREATE’s work is in service of increasing educational and career attainment and improving the quality of education in the city and beyond.
