DEEL is currently seeking out mid-career professionals of color to join our third cohort. The third cohort of the DEEL Fellowship will begin Summer 2025. Fellowship expectations are provided below: 

  • Fellows participate in all Fellowship activities beginning Summer 2025 

  • Fellows take graduate courses at Temple, leading to a graduate certificate.  

  • Fellows attend monthly seminars hosted by Temple, focused on understanding the ECE landscape in Philadelphia and across the country.  

  • Fellows receive individualized leadership coaching from a professional coach.  

  • Fellows spend approx. 1 day per month as interns in a local ECE organization. The Fellow and the Project Site will together decide on a project for the Fellow to oversee, with a DEI focus.  

  • Fellows receive a $5,000 stipend.
