Temple University’s College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) has once again been recognized among the nation’s top graduate schools of education, earning the No. 41 spot in the 2026 U.S. News & World Report Best Graduate Schools rankings. This marks the fourth consecutive year CEHD has achieved a place in the top 50, reflecting its continued excellence in preparing educators, leaders, practitioners and innovators.
This national recognition highlights CEHD’s commitment to advancing research, fostering student success and strengthening communities through education. CEHD faculty are nationally recognized scholars and practitioners whose research addresses critical issues in education and human development, from urban education and policy to mental health and community engagement. The college’s dedicated staff and engaged alumni community play a vital role in supporting student achievement and advancing CEHD’s mission across Philadelphia and beyond.
