Below are some answers to the most frequently asked questions sent by Mentor Teachers. If you have a question that we haven’t answered, please feel free to contact the Office of Field Placement and Professional Experiences at edfield@temple.edu.
What do I need to do to complete my requirements for Temple?
We are looking for 3 items from each of our Mentor Teachers:
- Honorarium & W9 Form – These are required in order for us to issue your honorarium. These forms should be completed as soon as possible after the start of the semester.
- Mid-Semester-Summary – Available in Watermark-Tk20. Should be completed the week around the 6th week of the semester.
- End of Semester Evaluation – Available in Watermark-Tk20. Should be completed no later than 11th week of the semester.

I can’t login to Watermark-Tk20; what should I do?
Usernames and passwords are not required for Mentor Teachers. Instead, you will receive an email from the Tk20 system. This email includes a direct link to the forms you need to complete. Please keep this email on file for the duration of your student teacher assignment.
If you need the link to be resent, please Request the Link to Assessment Forms using the online form provided. Thanks!
Please note: school SPAM filters may prevent the Tk20 email from arriving in your Inbox. Please add baileyl@temple.edu and @tk20.com to your "White List" to ensure delivery.

I can’t submit my forms in Watermark-Tk20; what should I do?
As a reminder, you should only SUBMIT in Tk20 at the end of the semester after all required forms are completed. For now, you just need to click on “Save” or “Save Draft” to save your work. As soon as you save an edited form, the changes are available to the University Coach and the Student Teacher to review in Watermark-Tk20.
How will the others know when a form has been completed in Watermark-Tk20?
There is no automated notification email that is sent by Watermark-Tk20 when a form is edited and saved. You should feel free to mention it to your Student Teacher or send an email to the University Coach when a form has been updated. Just keep in mind, both of them will also be able to access your changes via Watermark-Tk20 at any time after you save.
Who will see my responses to the Mentor Teacher Survey?
Your answers to the end-of-semester survey are not visible to the Student Teacher or the University Coach. For the purposes of program improvement, responses will be reported in the aggregate to the Office of Field Placement and Professional Experiences and shared with the Teacher Education program faculty, but individual responses will not be shared and your identity will be kept strictly confidential.
