Temple University College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) alumna Kimberly S. Reed has been named a 2026 Philadelphia Titan 100 honoree, marking her second consecutive year receiving the recognition.  

The Philadelphia Titan 100 recognizes 100 CEOs and C-suite executives across the region for their leadership, vision, influence and impact. Kimberly S. Reed is the founder and chief transformation officer of Reed Development Group, where she advises executives and organizations on leadership, culture transformation and business performance. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition and organizational leadership, Reed helps leaders build stronger organizations by aligning people, culture and strategy.

“Being named a Philadelphia Titan 100 honoree for a second consecutive year is both an extraordinary honor and a profound responsibility,” Reed said. “To me, leadership is not measured solely on what we build, but by who becomes stronger, more confident and more visible because we lead.”

Reed earned her master’s degree in adult organizational development and public policy from Temple University in 2019. She credits the program for providing an intellectual foundation for the work she has pursued throughout her career.  

“The program taught me to see organization not merely as structure, but as a living system shaped by people, power, policy, culture and change,” Reed said. “Temple did not simply prepare me for a career—it helped me develop the lens through which I now lead and instruct on the university level.”

Reed remains connected to CEHD as a member of the college’s Board of Visitors. She also serves on the Philadelphia Titan 100 Board of Directors as chair of member-led engagement, helping strengthen connections among business leaders throughout the region.  

Her recognition reflects the continued impact of CEHD alumni who are applying their education and experience to leadership and organizational development in their communities and professions.
