The Certification Office in the College of Education and Human Development at Temple University provides assistance and support for current and former Temple students seeking one or more approved PA Educator certifications through the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE). Students who have completed an approved certification program at Temple University can apply for certification through PDE's Teacher Information Management System (TIMS) - MyPDESuite. As part of your application for certification, Temple University Certification Office will review your academic record and other requirements to verify your eligibility for certification. Once your eligibility is confirmed, Temple will provide a recommendation for certification on your behalf to PDE.
