In-Person Programming at Temple University is currently open for fully vaccinated persons.

In response to COVID-19, Temple University has opened campus to all fully vaccinated faculty, staff and students and essential employees.  For updates about the campus and operations, visit the COVID-19 Information and Resources for Temple University.  All Upward Bound (UB) and Upward Bound Math & Science (UBMS) programming at Temple University has resumed with regular in-person campus operations as of July 2022.

The Program Director, Assistant Directors and Tutor-Mentors are available to UB and UBMS participants via email, phone, and Zoom as well. Updates are being sent to program participants and their families regularly via email and text message. Program staff members are eager to help you with your academic work and college and scholarship applications. Please expect to hear from us as we check-in with you about your questions, needs and concerns.
