To report a housekeeping issue (spill, dirty room, full trash can...) or a routine exterminator issue call Housekeeping at (215) 204-8460 (1-8460).

If the issue is serious or is not getting resolved, please report it at the correct number above and email john.francescone@temple.edu and sydnora.simon@temple.edu. 

Small Appliances in Offices

No space heaters, refrigerators or microwaves are allowed in Ritter Hall or Ritter Annex offices. These buildings are older and the electrical system can not handle those appliances. As this is a life safety issue, the University's Fire Marshall will be making spot checks and will remove any of those appliances found in offices. Additionally, the Fire Marshall may choose to turn over offenders to HR for code of conduct review. 

Building/Room Temperature

f your office is cold, please report it to Facilities per above. If they are unable to resolve the issues by fixing the system, you will be issued a low energy use approved space heater for your office. Note that with the University's sustainability pledge 2020, rooms are only allowed to be heated to a temperature range of 68 to 72. Temperatures above 72 in the winter months are not supported.
